Director of UK Operations

AutomateNexus is establishing a formal presence in the United Kingdom, and we’re looking for a Director of UK Operations to lead this expansion. This role is responsible for building our client base in the UK and European markets, overseeing project delivery in the region, and laying the foundation for a sustainable UK operation. As Director, you’ll operate as the face of AutomateNexus in the UK—developing business relationships, closing deals, managing client engagements, and eventually building a small team. You’ll report directly to the CEO and have significant autonomy in shaping how we grow in this market. This is a leadership role for someone who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You’ll be responsible for both revenue generation and operational excellence in the region.
